“Lois came to our school to help get our students fired up for our annual Writers' Conference. She read her book, "Once Upon a Robin" to the whole of the lower school (K-4th grade). Then, she shared some encouraging advice for our young authors. A few days later, she returned and led workshops for our 3rd and 4th graders. This gave these students an opportunity to hear even more of Lois' advice as well as interact with her more directly about ideas for their writing. Lois was enthusiastic and related very well with the students. Lois absolutely got our students excited about their writing!”
